Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Over ons Wij zijn Evangeliegemeente De Regenboog in Veenendaal. We zijn een levendige gemeente met ongeveer 750 kinderen en volwassenen. Onze missie is: "Met de volgende generaties Jezus navolgen". We hebben daarbij de ambitie om in 2030 voor jong en oud een dagelijkse ontmoetingsplek te zijn waar levens veranderen. We vieren ons geloof in Jezus Christus, verdiepen ons in de Bijbel en willen samen een huis van God en een thuis voor alle generaties zijn. Vanwege de groei van onze gemeente zoeken wij een tweede voorganger. We kiezen bewust voor gedeeld voorgangerschap: twee voorgangers die elkaar aanvullen, samen geestelijk leidinggeven en hun gaven inzetten ten dienste van de gemeente. Wie zoeken wij?OpOp basis van input van onze gemeente zoeken we iemand met een herderlijk en verbindend profiel. 0,8 - 1 fte Herken jij je hierin? • Je bent een bruggenbouwer tussen generaties en werkt graag samen • Je hebt hart voor tieners en jongvolwassenen. Je verstaat hun leefwereld, spreekt hun taal en helpt hen om Jezus te leren kennen en volgen. • Je bent benaderbaar, en kent en ziet de mensen, ook degenen die minder zichtbaar zijn. • Je bent bijbelgetrouw en weet de boodschap praktisch en begrijpelijk te maken voor iedereen. In deze rol ben je (mede) verantwoordelijk voor: • Pastoraat: Je biedt pastorale zorg, met oog voor de enkeling en de kwetsbare • Jeugdwerk:Je begeleidt en inspireert tieners en jongvolwassenen • Gemeenteopbouw:Je vertaalt de missie van de gemeente naar de praktijk van discipelschap, pastoraat en missionair gemeente-zijn. Je verbindt generaties en draagt bij aan eenheid in de gemeente. • Prediking en onderwijs: Je verkondigt Gods Woord in diensten en samenkomsten en geeft onder...
