Als Meewerkend Voorman combineer je het aansturen van een team met jouw kennis van NDO en lastechniek! €4500 Per maand Heijningen Noord-Brabant MBO 2 ploegen Direct dienstverband Functie omschrijving Als Voorman geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 4 tot 8 reparatielassers en zorg je samen voor kwalitatief hoogwaardig laswerk. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de planning en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer om je team aan te sturen en waar nodig inhoudelijk te ondersteunen. Naast het leidinggeven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en beoordelen van Niet Destructief Onderzoek (NDO). Je controleert lasnaden met onder andere VT, MT en UT, beoordeelt de resultaten en registreert afwijkingen. Bij bijzonderheden stem je af met Quality Control en Productie en zorg je dat eventuele reparaties of vervolgacties goed worden opgevolgd. Zo houd je grip op de voortgang, de kwaliteit en uiteraard de veiligheid! Functie eisen Jij combineert technisch inzicht met leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet hoe belangrijk nauwkeurigheid is binnen laswerk. - Ervaring als voorman binnen een technische productieomgeving - Geldige NDO-certificaten voor UT, MT en VT - niveau 2 - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (werktijden van 06:30 tot 15:15 uur en van 15:00 tot 00:15 uur. Op vrijdag eindigt de late dienst om 21:30 uur.)) - In het bezit van een heftruck- en hijscertificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en weet een team op een duidelijke manier aan te sturen
