We zoeken iemand die gemakkelijk tussen vakmensen in beweegt en zich vertrouwd voelt op de werkvloer. Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzich zodat jouw ploeg probleemloos op jou kan bouwen. Vooruit denken zit in je nature, wat jou een waardevolle schakel maakt tussen uivoerder en machinisten. Jij zorgt als Voorman GWW Midden-Nederland ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Als voorman ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de projectlocatie. Je stuurt jouw ploeg aan, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen veilig en efficiënt kan werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van grondwerkers en machinisten. - Verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen de ploeg. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen. - Afstemmen met de uitvoerder. - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. - Zelf meewerken waar nodig. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat een project niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook buiten succesvol wordt uitgevoerd.
