Als voorman/vrouw bij VDH Company in Oude-Tonge houd je overzicht, stuur je collega's aan en zorg je samen voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden. Wat betekent dit voor jou? Als voorman/vrouw ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers op de werkvloer. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en werkt zelf actief mee. Je schakelt met je leidinggevende over de planning en zorgt dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Begeleiden en inwerken van medewerkers. - Meewerken bij het laden, lossen en verwerken van goederen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk. - Signaleren en bespreken van afwijkingen en knelpunten. - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en overzichtelijke werkomgeving. - Afstemmen met je leidinggevende en andere betrokken collega's.
