Hierbij stuur je niet alleen de uitvoering aan, maar zorg je er ook voor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Dankzij jouw ervaring en overzicht weet je mensen, middelen en werkzaamheden optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Je werkt aan diverse projecten binnen de energie-, water- en gasinfrastructuur voor zowel netbeheerders als industriële opdrachtgevers. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de uitvoerende ploeg; - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op de projectlocatie; - Organiseren en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Bijhouden van productiegegevens en projectvoortgang; - Zorgdragen voor de beschikbaarheid van materialen, machines en gereedschappen; - Controleren van materiaalvoorraden en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Verzorgen van werkoverleggen en dagelijkse opstartsessies; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en collega's; - Toezien op een correcte uitvoering volgens de geldende richtlijnen en afspraken; - Rapporteren aan de uitvoerder over de voortgang van het project. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in deze functie en bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen ploeg. Tegelijkertijd maak je deel uit van een betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen en kennis delen.
