(Aankomend) voorman buitendienst in Bruggen bouwen in de buitenlucht - iets voor jou? Om onze buitenteams te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega in de functie (aankomend) voorman buitendienst . In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de montage, het onderhoud en het plaatsen van onze bruggen. Als voorman ben je in staat het werk te overzien, te improviseren en een klein meewerkend team aan te sturen. Onze buitenteams komen in actie zodra een brug onze productiefaciliteit verlaat, en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de cruciale laatste fase: het succesvol plaatsen van de brug op locatie. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze functie. Je werkt met collega's aan uiteenlopende projecten, waarbij vakmanschap en teamwork centraal staan. Jouw taken zijn: - Monteren en plaatsen van bruggen op locatie door heel Nederland; - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan bestaande bruggen; - Voorbereiden van funderingen en landhoofden; - Werken met diverse materialen zoals hout, staal en composiet; - Samenwerken met aannemers en opdrachtgevers op locatie. Dit ben jij: Je hebt de ambitie om je te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandig voorman buitendienst. Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het heerlijk om in de buitenlucht fysiek werk te verrichten. Ervaring in de bruggenbouw is niet nodig; we leren je graag de fijne kneepjes van het vak! Wij vragen: - Heb je ervaring in de bouw, grond-, weg- en waterbouw, of als hovenier dan is dat een pré; - Technisch inzicht en twee rechterhanden; - Technisch tekeningen lezen en uitzetten van het werk; - Een positieve werkhouding en de wil om te leren.
