Een particuliere tuin vraagt om gevoel voor de wensen van de eigenaar, terwijl bij een bedrijfstuin uitstraling, gebruik en onderhoudsgemak zwaar meewegen. Als voorman allround hovenier in Eerbeek begeleid je een kleine ploeg en werk je zelf mee aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van deze buitenruimten. Je beoordeelt de beplanting, ziet waar een tuin verbeterd kan worden en bespreekt jouw bevindingen met de klant. De planning en administratie worden vanuit kantoor geregeld. Daardoor houd jij tijd over voor het vak, jouw collega’s en een verzorgde oplevering. Funtieomschrijving Via Proflex ga je aan de slag bij een professioneel hoveniersbedrijf met Eerbeek als vaste standplaats. De projecten bestaan uit particuliere tuinen en bedrijfstuinen in de regio Apeldoorn en Arnhem. Je werkt aan bestaande tuinen met volwassen beplanting, maar ook aan complete aanleg- en renovatieprojecten. Binnen het team heerst een goede en informele werksfeer. Vakmanschap, plantenkennis en zorgvuldig contact met de klant staan centraal. Functie-eisen Een diploma Vakbekwaam Hovenier op mbo-niveau 3 of 4 Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in aanleg en professioneel tuinonderhoud Uitgebreide interesse in plantenkennis, bodembemesting en vakontwikkelingen Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en verbeterpunten in een tuin te herkennen Sociale vaardigheden in het contact met klanten en collega’s Rijbewijs B om vanuit Eerbeek naar verschillende projecten te reizen Wij bieden Salaris van € 3.300 tot € 4.100 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring Een parttime of fulltime werkweek die in overleg wordt afgestemd 25 verlofdagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag Zelfstandig werken aan goed voorbereide projecten zonder administratieve belasting Een prettige werksfeer met professionele collega’s en passend materieel Vakgerichte cursussen, leermogelijkheden en ruimte om verder door te groeien Over Proflex Aansturen en begeleiden van collega’s bij aanleg- en onderhoudsprojecte
