Als Voorman Bouw kom jij te werken bij een middelgrote aannemer die kantoren, woningen en distributiecentra's bouwt. In deze functie specialiseer jij je op de kantoren. Elk kantoor is anders en wordt op maat gemaakt voor de klanten. Dit betekent dus ook elke bouw een andere bouwplaats. Als Voorman stuur jij meerdere timmermannen aan. Je bent de ogen en oren van de uitvoerder en bespreekt regelmatig de voortgang van het project. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de mannen veilig thuis komen door de juiste veiligheidsregel na te leven en dat de kwaliteit wordt geleverd zoals afgesproken. Komen er leveranciers of onderaannemers? Dan ben jij de man die dit in goede banen leidt. Ben jij een teamplayer en kan jij een groep goed leiden? Dan zoeken wij jou! Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Jouw bouwervaring is leidend en daarvoor wensen wij minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als timmerman - Jij weet hoe je het beste timmermannen kan motiveren en leiden - Je bent leergierig en toe aan de volgende stap in jouw carrière - Gelet op de projecten, is het fijn als je woont in omgeving Amsterdam Functieoverzicht .
