Voorman carrosseriebouw Als voorman carrosseriebouw geef je dagelijks leiding aan de medewerkers op de productievloer. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt de planning in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij let je op de kwaliteit van het werk en zorg je voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de productiemanager en de productieplanner. Je bespreekt de voortgang, lost problemen op en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Ook begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en help je collega's bij technische vragen. Waar nodig werk je zelf mee op de werkvloer. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de productiemedewerkers. - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor voldoende bezetting. - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de productie. - Signaleren en oplossen van problemen op de werkvloer. - Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid. - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Over de opdrachtgever Je gaat werken bij een bedrijf in Aalsmeer dat gespecialiseerd is in het bouwen van trailers op maat. Het bedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar en heeft het predicaat Koninklijk ontvangen. Met ruim 190 medewerkers bouwt de organisatie innovatieve Double Deck trailers, waarmee klanten meer goederen tegelijk kunnen vervoeren. Het bedrijf werkt voor bekende namen zoals Action, Zeeman en Jumbo. Ook worden er speciale trailers gebouwd voor andere sectoren, waaronder de sportwereld. Je komt terecht in een betrokken productieteam waar vakmanschap, samenwerking en kwaliteit belangrijk zijn. De organisatie blijft groeien en vernieuwen, waardoor er volop ruimte is om mee te denken over verbeteringen.
