Voorman Constructie Moerdijk - 4500 - 3000 - 40 - Moerdijk MBO Interne opleidingsmogelijkheden Doorgroeimogelijkheden 40 per week wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over mbo-denkniveau in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om met collega's en verschillende technische afdelingen te schakelen. - Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen de constructie-, machinebouw- of maakindustrie en aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een productieteam. wat ga je doen? Als Voorman Constructie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 5 tot 15 constructiebankwerkers binnen de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat frame- en constructiedelen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken planning worden samengesteld en gelast. Daarbij houd je toezicht op de kwaliteit en voortgang en ondersteun je collega's bij technische en operationele vraagstukken. Ook vorm je de verbinding tussen de werkvloer en afdelingen zoals planning, werkvoorbereiding en engineering. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van een team constructiebankwerkers; - Het bewaken van de productieplanning en tijdig oplossen van operationele knelpunten; - Het controleren van de kwaliteit van samengestelde en gelaste constructiedelen; - Het ondersteunen van medewerkers bij technische vraagstukken op de werkvloer; - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met planning, werkvoorbereiding en engineering; - Het coachen van medewerkers en ondersteunen van hun ontwikkeling binnen het team; - Het optimaliseren van productieprocessen aan de hand van LEAN-principes. waar ga je werken? Op de Nederlandse productielocatie vindt vrijwel het volledige productieproces onder één dak plaats, van metaalbewerking tot assemblage.
