Voorman Dakdekker - Texa Dakbedekkingen bouwt samen met een waardevol netwerk aan het Nederland van de toekomst. Dit doen wij door renovatie en beheer van daken, wat de basis is voor verduurzaming van bestaande bouw. Het is onze missie is om professionele beheerders en eigenaren van vastgoed in Nederland te ondersteunen in het realiseren van een visie op het dak. Door het bieden van een totaaloplossing voor renovatie, onderhoud en beheer, zijn wij dé partner in een langdurige samenwerking voor een toekomstbestendig dak. Texa Dakbedekkingen is een snel groeiend bedrijf en wij staan voor kwaliteit. Wij werken voornamelijk samen met VvE beheerders, woningbouwcorporaties, industrie en grote bouw- en renovatiebedrijven. Wat ga je doen als Voorman dakdekker? Als Voorman dakdekker sta je op de hoogste daken met de mooiste uitzichten. Je werkt samen met je ploeg aan projecten en voert diverse dakdekkerswerkzaamheden uit. Verder ga jij: - Ervoor zorgen dat je ploeg weet wat er moet gebeuren en op welke manier; - Je ploeg aansturen en zorgen dat jullie kwalitatief hoogstaand werk afleveren binnen de gestelde tijd; - Je collega's coachen en helpen waar nodig. Wat vragen wij van jou? Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met veel ervaring als dakdekker die het leuk vind om collega's naar een volgend niveau te coachen. Daarnaast: - Kan je zelfstandig werken; - Heb je meerdere jaren ervaring als dakdekker; - Beschik je over een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat, of je bent bereid deze te halen; - Ben je collegiaal en betrouwbaar; - Ben je fulltime beschikbaar.
