Zoek jij een rol met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een hecht, professioneel en boven alles ontzettend leuk team? Dan zoeken wij jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Meewerkend Voorman werk je mee op de vloer en zorg je dat het werk goed en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Je stuurt het team aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat kwaliteit en veiligheid op orde zijn. Je werkt op basis van de voorbereiding van de productieleider. Is die er niet? Dan pak jij die verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en voorbereiden van materialen, gereedschap en planning - Voorbereiden en briefen van het team (tekeningen, callsheets, instructies) - Meewerken aan op- en afbouw van stands, truss en AV - Aansturen en begeleiden van het team tijdens de uitvoering - Bewaken van planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit - Afstemmen met productieleider, leveranciers en locatie - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen dat het wordt opgelost - Controleren van werk en materiaal bij oplevering Wie ben jij? Je hebt ervaring in de stand- en/of evenementenbouw en weet hoe het eraan toegaat tijdens op- en afbouw. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en pakt vanzelf de leiding wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast ben je: - Technisch onderlegd (truss, constructies, AV is een pré) - Gewend om een team aan te sturen - Praktisch en oplossingsgericht - Stressbestendig en flexibel in werktijden - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Iemand die werkt en denkt op MBO-niveau Wat bieden wij jou? - Een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid - Salaris tussen €2750,- en € 3650,-...
