Bij Van Loon Son zoeken we een Voorman Facilitair Medewerker voor onze moderne productielocatie. Ben jij servicegericht, werk je graag samen, ben je handig met computers en houd je van afwisseling? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wat ga je doen? Als Voorman Facilitair Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons facilitaire team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle randvoorwaarden kloppen, zodat de productie soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt processen, ondersteunt collega's en neemt beslissingen bij afwijkingen. Jij bent een voorbeeld voor de overige facilitair medewerkers in uitvoering en opvolging van onze veiligheid en kwaliteit protocol. Je spreekt collega's ook aan op gedrag dat hiervan afwijkt. Daarnaast ben je plaatsvervangend leidinggevend (25 FTE) en werk je nauw samen met een collega Medewerker Plus. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Facilitair en de Logistiek Manager. De facilitaire afdeling bestaat uit ons facilitair magazijn, de dozen zolder, de krattenwasserij, corveedienst voor netheid op ons terrein en binnen de productie omgeving en de kledinguitgifte. Veel voorkomende werkzaamheden: - Controle op bezetting en correct uitvoeren van werkinstructies; - Opstartcontrole en overdracht tussen de ploegen; - Werkverdeling tussen de medewerkers in het facilitaire team; - Toezien op correcte uitvoering van (en meewerken waar nodig): - Schoonmaken van machines en opruimen van afdeling en buitenterrein; - Helpen bij corveediensten (vuilniszakken vervangen, afval sorteren); - Sorteren, stapelen en schoonmaken van emballagematerialen (kratten en pallets); - Magazijnwerkzaamheden zoals voorraad beheer...
