Voor een bedrijf in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie in Roermond zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Voorman Productie. In deze functie houd jij het overzicht op de werkvloer en zorg je voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces. Functie omschrijving - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van productiemedewerkers. - Coördineren en bewaken van de dagelijkse productieprocessen. - Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en personeelsbezetting. - Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen. - Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften (HACCP). - Bewaken van de productieplanning en productiedoelstellingen. - Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen het productieproces. - Rapporteren aan de productieleiding. - Waar nodig actief meewerken aan de productielijn. Functie eisen - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als operator en bent vanuit deze achtergrond doorgegroeid of klaar om door te groeien naar een functie als voorman. - Je beschikt over leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet medewerkers te motiveren. - Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kennis van productiemachines. - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed samenwerken. - Je hebt een proactieve, verantwoordelijke en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften is een pré. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. - Je kunt goed omgaan met werkdruk en behoudt het overzicht.
