Ben jij een ervaren hovenier met leidinggevende kwaliteiten en krijg je energie van het realiseren van mooie groenprojecten? Dan is deze vacature als Voorman Hovenier Aanleg iets voor jou.

Als Voorman Hovenier Aanleg ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van ongeveer vier collega's. Je werkt actief mee op de projecten en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

-Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het aanlegteam; -Actief meewerken aan de aanleg van tuinen, groenvoorzieningen en buitenruimtes; -Opstellen en bewaken van de dagelijkse planning; -Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen; -Zorgen voor voldoende materieel en materialen op de projectlocatie; -Dagelijks afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met de projectleider; -Uitvoeren van groenonderhoud dat voortvloeit uit aanlegprojecten; -Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Korte toelichting op de vereiste werkervaring

Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding Vakbekwaam Hovenier of Groen, Grond & Infra. Daarnaast heb je ervaring als hovenier of voorman in de groenvoorziening. Je bent een natuurlijke leider, werkt zelfstandig en hebt passie voor het werken in de buitenlucht. Rijbewijs BE is vereist.

Wil jij iedere dag werken aan uitdagende aanlegprojecten en zichtbaar resultaat zien van jouw werk? Als Voorman Hovenier Aanleg stuur je een team aan en werk je aan de aanleg van bedrijfstuinen, woonwijken, daktuinen en openbare buitenruimtes.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en bent de verbindende schakel tussen de uitvoering en de projectleider. Geen project is hetzelfde en iedere dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Daarbij werk je met moderne machines en materialen en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een groene en duurzame leefomgeving.

Door de groeiende aandacht voor klimaatadaptatie, biodiversiteit en leefbare buitenruimtes is er steeds meer vraag naar ervaren vakmensen in het groen. Je kiest daarom niet alleen voor een afwisselende baan, maar ook voor een vakgebied met toekomst.
