Als Voorman Aanleg ben jij degene die op locatie de lijnen uitzet. Samen met jouw ploeg werk je aan verschillende projecten waarbij geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Van daktuinen en bedrijfsterreinen tot openbare ruimtes en hoogwaardige terreininrichtingen voor zakelijke opdrachtgevers. Je staat zelf met je voeten in de klei, maar hebt tegelijkertijd de verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat het werk goed wordt georganiseerd en uitgevoerd. Je weet wat er moet gebeuren, verdeelt het werk binnen de ploeg en houdt in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verdelen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Het meewerken aan de uitvoering en het bewaken van de kwaliteit. - Het aansturen, ondersteunen en motiveren van jouw collega's. - Het afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met de uitvoerder. - Het signaleren en oplossen van praktische problemen op de werkplek. - Het begeleiden van collega's die het vak nog aan het leren zijn. - Het zorgen voor een veilige en overzichtelijke werkomgeving. Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor? Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw ploeg weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat het werk buiten goed wordt uitgevoerd. Daarbij houd je continu rekening met de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en de afspraken met de opdrachtgever. Je weet jouw vakkennis op een praktische manier over te brengen en vindt het belangrijk dat collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie, maar staat ook open voor ideeën vanuit het team. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de benodigde machines, materialen en gereedschappen op tijd beschikbaar zijn.
