Groenonderhoud aansturen, zelf meewerken en zorgen dat buitenruimtes in Veldhoven en omgeving er strak bij liggen. Als voorman hovenier onderhoud werk je met jouw ploeg op professionele groenlocaties zoals bedrijfsterreinen, scholen, instellingen, woningcorporaties, zorglocaties en openbare buitenruimtes. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt overzicht op planning en kwaliteit en pakt zelf ook de heggenschaar, bosmaaier, schoffel of bladblazer erbij. Deze functie past bij een ervaren voorman, maar ook bij een hovenier onderhoud, groenvoorziener of meewerkend voorman die klaar is voor de volgende stap. Een officiële voormanstitel is niet altijd nodig; als jij buiten al verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collega’s goed kunt meenemen, kijken we graag met je mee. Funtieomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een professionele groenorganisatie met onderhoudsprojecten in Veldhoven en de regio Eindhoven. De werkzaamheden liggen bij bedrijfsterreinen, scholen, instellingen, woningcorporaties, zorglocaties, parken en openbare buitenruimtes. Je werkt op locaties waar verzorgd, veilig en representatief groen belangrijk is voor bewoners, leerlingen, cliënten, medewerkers, bezoekers en opdrachtgevers. Met modern materieel, elektrisch gereedschap, tablet en digitale werktekeningen kun je jouw ronde goed organiseren. Projecten liggen onder andere in Veldhoven, Eindhoven, Waalre, Best, Oirschot, Eersel, Valkenswaard en omliggende plaatsen. Functie-eisen Ervaring als hovenier onderhoud, groenvoorziener, meewerkend voorman of voorman groenvoorziening Je bent klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid en kunt collega’s duidelijk meenemen in het werk Kennis van groenonderhoud, snoeien, plantvakken, machines, beeldkwaliteit en veilig werken Rijbewijs B is verplicht; BE of T is mooi meegenomen VCA of VOL-VCA heb je al of wil je via Proflex behalen Je kunt werken met digitale werkbonnen, tablet of GIS-tekeningen, of bent bereid dit te leren Wij bieden Salaris van €3.500 tot €4.500 bruto per maand 32 tot 40 uur
