Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die energie haalt uit een dynamische logistieke omgeving? Wil je dagelijks het verschil maken in een internationale productiecontext waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is? Dan is deze uitdaging als Foreman Inbound jou op het lijf geschreven.

In deze sleutelrol stuur je de volledige operationele goederenstroom aan aan de loskade. Met gemiddeld 20 tot 30 vrachtwagens per dag zorg jij ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met de Inbound Supervisor en de Front Office en bent het grootste deel van je tijd zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Je geeft leiding aan twee ploegen in een tweeploegenstelsel en combineert operationele aansturing met planning, rapportering en optimalisatie.

  • Je coördineert de volledige inbound logistieke stroom en bewaakt een efficiënte doorstroming van vrachtwagens.
  • Je organiseert de loskade op basis van verwachte leveringen en stemt dagelijks af met Front Office en productie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen correct worden gelost, bemonsterd, geanalyseerd en opgeslagen volgens interne procedures.
  • Je verwerkt losorders administratief en stelt duidelijke rapporteringen op.
  • Je bepaalt samen met productie welke grondstoffen vrijgegeven worden voor gebruik.
  • Je maakt dagelijkse en wekelijkse planningen op basis van voorraadniveaus en productiebehoeften.
  • Je verdeelt het werk optimaal over je team en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stimuleert veiligheid, teamontwikkeling en competentiegroei via gerichte opleidingen en opvolging.
  • Je houdt de competentiematrix actueel en zorgt voor sterke communicatie binnen het team.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een operationele of logistieke buitenomgeving.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen.
  • Resultaatgericht, proactief en besluitvaardig.
  • Sterke people management skills en het vermogen om teams te motiveren.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om mee te bewegen met operationele noden.
  • Ervaring met heftrucks of zwaar materieel is een pluspunt.
