Kun jij installaties tot leven brengen? Ja! Wij zijn op zoek naar een Ploegchef Industriële Elektricien die verantwoordelijk is voor het aansturen van de uitvoering van volledige HVAC-installaties met alle elektrische en regeltechnische voorzieningen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het leidinggeven aan een team van industriële elektriciens en het coördineren van hun werkzaamheden.
  • Het volledig gebruiksklaar maken van technische installaties.
  • Het toezicht houden op de voortgang van projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Het waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en goede communicatie binnen het team.
  • Het oplossen van technische problemen en het bieden van ondersteuning aan teamleden.

Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, verwachten wij het volgende van jou:

  • Een sterke motivatie en de bereidheid om bij te leren.
  • Een A2-diploma in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een geldig VCA-attest.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Ervaring met industriële elektriciteit en in de HVAC-sector is een pluspunt.
