Goed materieel, duidelijke afspraken en een ploeg die weet wat er moet gebeuren. Bij ZVS stuur je uiteenlopende infraprojecten aan: van grond-, riool- en straatwerk tot de aanleg en renovatie van tankstations, laadpleinen en bodembeschermende voorzieningen. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, werkt met modern materieel en kunt bouwen op een organisatie die haar zaken op orde heeft. Daarom kies je voor ZVS - Goed salaris tussen € 3.400 en € 4.400 bruto per 4 weken, passend bij jouw ervaring. - 48 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Modern en goed onderhouden materieel, zodat jij je werk veilig en efficiënt kunt uitvoeren. - Afwisselende projecten, van grond-, riool- en straatwerk tot tankstations, laadpleinen en milieutechnische voorzieningen. - Projecten die goed zijn voorbereid, zodat jij buiten kunt doen waar je goed in bent. - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in de uitvoering van jouw projecten. - Een hecht team met korte lijnen en collega's die op elkaar kunnen rekenen. - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Als voorman ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van het project. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning verlopen, houdt overzicht en bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team, de projectleider en de opdrachtgever. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen van grondwerkers, machinisten en onderaannemers. - Plannen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Overleggen met de projectleider en opdrachtgever. - Lezen van tekeningen en uitzetten met GPS en laser. - Bedienen van klein materieel, zoals een shovel, minigraver en trilplaat. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Signaleren en oplossen van kne...
