- Marknesse - 31 - 38 uur - 3800-4800 per maand - MBO Op de werf neem jij het roer. Je team bouwt met je mee. Als Voorman Jachtbouw in Marknesse stuur je het dagelijkse werk op de werf aan én werk je zelf actief mee. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Ook werk je mee aan exclusieve jachten die wereldwijd varen, van Miami en Ibiza tot Sardinië en de Côte d'Azur. Bij jachten van dit niveau telt ieder detail. Als schakel tussen de werkvloer en de Productie Manager houd je overzicht, signaleer je knelpunten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Tegelijkertijd begeleid en motiveer je jouw collega's om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt dat het werk op de werf veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Daarbij ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet je wat er binnen jouw team speelt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseren, coördineren en bijsturen; - Collega's instrueren, begeleiden en motiveren; - Planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken; - Knelpunten signaleren en verbeteringen bespreken met de Productie Manager; - Dagstarts, toolboxen en evaluaties leiden; - Actief meewerken aan de bouw van exclusieve jachten. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je weet hoe je een team aanstuurt zonder het contact met de werkvloer te verliezen. Technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheid en duidelijke communicatie zijn daarbij belangrijk. We vinden het belangrijk dat je: - Beschikt over mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring hebt binnen de jachtbouw of scheepsbouw; - Medewerkers op een duidelijke manier kunt aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren; - Technische kennis hebt en bouwtekeningen kunt lezen; - Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig beslissingen kunt nemen; - Communicatief sterk bent en goed kunt schakelen met collega's en leidinggevenden. - €3.800 tot €4.800 bruto per maand op fulltime ...
