Je werkt mee in de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens de gemaakte afspraken verloopt. Daarbij houd je overzicht over je ploeg en stem je de werkzaamheden af met de uitvoerder en andere betrokkenen. - Begeleiden en aansturen van de medewerkers binnen de ploeg; - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang; - Meewerken aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van kabels en leidingen; - Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en een goede uitvoering; - Afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met de uitvoerder; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en knelpunten op de werkplek; - Zorgen dat materialen en benodigdheden op tijd beschikbaar zijn; - Contact onderhouden met collega's, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen de ondergrondse infra, bij voorkeur met kabels en leidingen; - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's; - Je bent graag buiten en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk en kunt zelfstandig werken; - Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen; - Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt vooruit.
