Voorman Kabelwerken Standplaats: Omgeving Cuijk | 32 - 40 uur Als Voorman Kabelwerken ben jij de spil in de uitvoering van kabelprojecten door het hele land. Je leidt een eigen kabeltrekploeg en bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning verlopen, coördineert de werkzaamheden op locatie en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor je team en de projectleiding en zorg je dat iedereen goed wordt begeleid en ondersteund. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse verloop van kabelprojecten en voer je onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden: verzamelen van materialen, gereedschappen en veiligheidsvoorzieningen. - Leiden en coördineren van een kabeltrekploeg op locatie. - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering. - Toezien op correcte aanleg, aansluiting en afwerking van kabels en leidingen. - Oplossen van problemen en bijsturen van werkzaamheden waar nodig. - Overleggen met projectleiding en andere betrokken partijen over voortgang en bijzonderheden. - Registreren van gewerkte uren, gebruikte materialen en eventuele afwijkingen. - Actief bijdragen aan verbetering van processen en werkwijzen binnen het team. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring als voorman of uitvoerder in kabel- en leidingwerken. - Kennis van en ervaring met het werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Leidinggevende capaciteiten: motiveren, aansturen en begeleiden van een klein team. - Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht kunnen werken, ook onder druk. -...
