The posting

Via Staffice ga je aan de slag bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener. Als Meewerkend Voorman stuur je dagelijks de operatie op de werkvloer aan en zorg je dat het proces soepel verloopt. Je start de werkdag met een korte afstemming om de taken strak te verdelen onder het team. Vervolgens ga je de vloer op om de voortgang te bewaken, de veiligheid te garanderen en medewerkers te coachen. Bij piekmomenten of drukte bij de inkomende en uitgaande goederen spring je zelf bij op de hef- of reachtruck. Tussendoor verwerk je logistieke data in het WMS-systeem en onderhoud je contact met interne afdelingen.

Werkzaamheden - Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van circa 12 logistiek medewerkers. - Maken van een efficiënte werkplanning en zorgen voor een optimale taakverdeling. - Bewaken van de voortgang en garanderen van een veilige werkomgeving. - Actief meewerken op de werkvloer bij piekmomenten. - Verplaatsen van goederen met de hef- en reachtruck. - Controleren, beheren en verwerken van logistieke data in het WMS-systeem. - Schakelen en communiceren met interne afdelingen en internationale contacten.

Wij zoeken - Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team op de werkvloer. - Relevante werkervaring in de logistiek en ervaring op de hef- en reachtruck. - Ervaring met het werken in een Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Een daadkrachtige instelling met de wil om actief mee te werken op de vloer.

Wij bieden - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 3.171,82 en € 4.173,91 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. - Een fulltime werkweek in een tweeploegensysteem van maandag tot en met vrijdag. - Vaste vrije weekenden. - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens de CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer. - Opbouw van 8% vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen. - Goede pensioenregeling en begeleiding vanuit Staffice. - Een leuke werksfeer is gegarandeerd.
