- Vacature Voorman Logistiek Honselersdijk (Westland) 36-40 uur € 2.854 - € 3.300 bruto per maand Jij kent de plantenlogistiek. Je pakt aan. En je neemt graag het voortouw. Werk je in de logistiek binnen de bloemen- en plantenbranche en ben je vaak degene die ziet wat er moet gebeuren? Iemand die collega's helpt, het overzicht houdt en niet afwacht tot iemand vertelt wat er moet gebeuren? Dan kan dit jouw volgende stap zijn. Als Meewerkend Voorman Logistiek werk je zelf volop mee op de vloer, maar pak je daarnaast extra verantwoordelijkheid. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en stuurt collega's aan waar nodig. Je hoeft geen manager te zijn. Wel iemand die van nature het voortouw neemt. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt er samen met je team voor dat de orders op tijd en goed de deur uitgaan. - Je verdeelt het werk en stuurt logistieke collega's aan. - Je werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer. - Je bouwt en controleert karren en zorgt dat deze goed en efficiënt zijn opgebouwd. - Je houdt de planning en voortgang in de gaten. - Je controleert orders op aantallen en kwaliteit. - Je lost knelpunten op en schakelt met de teamleider. - Je zorgt dat er veilig en netjes gewerkt wordt. Dit zoeken we in jou Je kent de bloemen- en plantenhandel en weet hoe het eraan toegaat op de logistieke vloer. Ervaring met karren bouwen is voor deze functie belangrijk. Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring als voorman, meewerkend voorman of aanspreekpunt. - Weet je van aanpakken en houd je overzicht als het tempo omhooggaat. - Durf je collega's aan te spreken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Ben je praktisch ingesteld en denk je in oplossingen. - Spreek je Nederlands en Engels. - Heb je minimaal mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek.
