Voorman Magazijn & Logistiek Een traplift op tijd bij de klant begint bij een magazijn dat klopt. Rails, stoelen, onderdelen, gereedschap en materialen: bij Smienk komt er dagelijks van alles binnen én gaat er van alles weer uit. Onze monteurs zijn door heel Nederland onderweg en moeten erop kunnen vertrouwen dat ze de juiste spullen bij zich hebben. Daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in. We zoeken daarom geen manager die vanaf een bureau vertelt hoe logistiek zou moeten werken. We zoeken een Voorman Magazijn & Logistiek die graag tussen de mensen staat, zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt en ondertussen precies ziet wat er beter kan. Wat ga je doen Jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat ons magazijn iedere dag goed draait. Je houdt het overzicht, verdeelt het werk en springt zelf bij waar dat nodig is. Je werkt met alles wat nodig is om onze trapliften te plaatsen, onderhouden en weer een tweede leven te geven. Van trapliftstoelen en raildelen tot onderdelen, gereedschappen en materialen voor onze servicemonteurs. En omdat jij dagelijks op de vloer staat, zie jij vaak als eerste waar iets slimmer kan. Een voorraad die niet klopt? Een onderdeel dat steeds op de verkeerde plek belandt? Een bus die handiger bevoorraad kan worden? Jij signaleert het niet alleen, maar denkt ook mee over een praktische oplossing. Concreet betekent dat dat je: - samen met je collega's zorgt dat het magazijn netjes, overzichtelijk en goed georganiseerd is; - het dagelijkse werk verdeelt en zelf actief meewerkt; - zorgt dat binnenkomende en uitgaande materialen goed worden verwerkt; - overzicht houdt op onze voorraad en afwijkingen signaleert; - ervoor zorgt dat onze monteurs en werkplaatsen op tijd over de juiste onderdelen en materialen beschikken; - meewerkt aan een slimme bevoorrading van onze servicebussen; - retourstromen van onderdelen en materialen goed laat verlopen; - collega's helpt en aanspreekpunt bent voor vragen vanuit het magaz...
