Je houdt het overzicht, neemt beslissingen en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is. Functieomschrijving: Wat ga je doen?Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de mengerij. Je combineert leidinggeven met een actieve rol op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Coördineren en begeleiden van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de mengerij. - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van productiemedewerkers en inleenkrachten. - Bewaken van de productieplanning en afstemmen met verschillende afdelingen. - Controleren van grondstoffen, recepturen en de kwaliteit van de mengsels. - Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen en procesafwijkingen. - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van eerstelijns onderhoud. - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's. - Meedenken over en doorvoeren van verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie. - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek.
