Op de afdeling Montage werken in totaal 35 personen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een voorman montage die leiding gaat geven aan een team van 6 zeer vakkundige monteurs. Denk aan electramonteurs, service monteurs, schroefasmonteurs, verspaning medewerkers en inbedrijfstellers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de monteurs hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren. Goed betekend volgens Feadship kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en binnen planning en budget. Je gaat nadrukkelijk níet uitvoerend aan de slag. We willen graag dat je naast leidinggeven ook tijd besteed aan het verbeteren van processen, kwaliteit en de samenwerking met andere afdelingen. Om echt succesvol te zijn in deze functie ligt jouw focus, naast leidinggeven, op plannen&organiseren en samenwerken.

Hoe ziet dat in de dagelijkse praktijk uit? Jij krijgt 2 tot 3 jachten toegewezen waar jij het aanspreekpunt en informatiebron voor bent. Van tekening tot en met het inbouwen en inbedrijfstellen van het equipment, jij weet precies welke informatie nodig is om vooruit te kunnen komen. Een goede afstemming is hierin van cruciaal belang. Afstemming met onder andere de afdeling engineering en het bedrijfsbureau. Maar zeker ook het afdelingshoofd Montage, de projectmanager en je collega voormannen.

Jij onderscheidt je pas écht als je jouw kennis en expertise inzet om verbetervoorstellen pro actief op te pakken. Dat kunnen (werk)processen zijn, maar kan ook betrekking hebben op de verbetering van de kwaliteit van de producten of diensten.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren technisch leidinggevende die over voldoende creativiteit beschikt om maatwerk te kunnen leveren in het aansturen van het team. Stappen die je hebt genomen om daar te komen, tellen even zwaar mee als de grootte van het team of het aantal jaren leidinggevende ervaring.
