Reageer dan direct! Wat ga je doen als Voorman Monteur Zonnepanelen ? Als voorman monteur zonnepanelen bij ons bedrijf in Utrecht krijg je een leidende rol bij grootschalige projecten. Je werkt vooral op locaties waar we duizenden zonnepanelen installeren, en jouw taak is om deze projecten vakkundig te coördineren en te begeleiden. Je bent een meewerkend voorman. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het aansturen van je team, maar ook actief deelneemt aan de installatiewerkzaamheden. Je zult zelf rails bevestigen op daken, zonnepanelen monteren, en de nodige bekabeling aanleggen. Het is belangrijk dat je technisch goed onderlegd bent en ervaring hebt met het werken op hoogte. Als voorman ben je ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en opdrachtgevers op de werklocatie. Je vertegenwoordigt ons bedrijf en zorgt ervoor dat alles naar tevredenheid verloopt. Klanttevredenheid en het onderhouden van een nette en veilige werkomgeving zijn jouw prioriteit. Communicatie is een essentieel onderdeel van je werk. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en als je ook Engels spreekt, is dat een flink voordeel. Een rijbewijs B is vereist voor deze functie, omdat je naar verschillende locaties moet kunnen reizen. In deze rol combineer je leiderschap met technische vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid, waarbij je steeds zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve uitvoering van onze projecten.
