Word dan Voorman bij Electron en werk mee aan mooie projecten op het gebied van de aanleg en onderhoud van ondergrondse midden- en hoogspanningskabels! Vanwege groei zijn we op zoek naar Voormannen die ons team komen versterken. Als voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uit te voeren werk. Jij stuurt je team van Kabelwerkers en Grondwerkers aan en als team leggen jullie de kabels op een goede en veilige manier. Als voorman zorg je dat er een aantal zaken goed geregeld zijn: - Je denkt vooruit! Je zet het tracé uit en plant en coördineert het werk; Iedere medewerker weet door jouw instructies precies wat ze moeten doen. - Je registreert en rapporteert de voortgang en eventuele afwijkingen. - Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de omgeving, toezichthouder en opzichter. - Je werkt nauw samen met de Uitvoerder en kijkt samen hoe je slim kan werken en onnodige kosten kan besparen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld als Voorman, 1e Monteur, Kabelwerker of kraanmachinist. - Een MBO diploma in een technische richting of vergelijkbaar niveau door ervaring. - Goede communicatie en leidinggevende capaciteiten. - VCA VOL. - Het is een grote pré als je al beschikt over het certificaat Voorman Kabel leggen, maar als je bereid bent deze op onze kosten te behalen, dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit te solliciteren.
