Je werkt met een vast team, moderne machines en een ingerichte werkbus en krijgt veel vrijheid om het werk buiten goed te organiseren. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een professionele groenorganisatie die onderhoud uitvoert aan plantsoenen, parken, bedrijfsterreinen en andere groene buitenruimtes. Vanuit Kedichem ga je met een vast team naar verschillende projecten en krijg je veel zelfstandigheid in de dagelijkse uitvoering. Moderne machines, professioneel materieel en een vaste werkbus met accugereedschap zorgen dat jouw ploeg goed voorbereid op pad gaat. Functie-eisen Ruime praktijkervaring in groenvoorziening, groenonderhoud of hovenierswerk Ervaring met aansturen óf aantoonbaar klaar voor de volgende stap naar voorman Natuurlijk overwicht en het vermogen collega’s duidelijk te begeleiden Rijbewijs B, waarbij rijbewijs BE een sterke pré is VCA-VOL of bereidheid dit via Proflex te behalen Goede communicatie en gevoel voor planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit Wij bieden Salaris van €3.300 tot €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, waarbij vier dagen werken bespreekbaar is 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag Professionele werkkleding, PBM’s, modern materieel en een ingerichte werkbus Een vast team en veel zelfstandigheid over jouw eigen onderhoudsprojecten Vakgerichte opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden richting uitvoerder Over Proflex Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van jouw onderhoudsploeg Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van planning en voortgang Controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en correct gebruik van materieel Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers over voortgang en bijzonderheden
