Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een meewerkend voorman pijpproductie. In deze functie werk je actief mee in de productie en geef je tegelijkertijd leiding aan een team van lassers, operators en productiemedewerkers. Wat ga je verder doen? - Aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen de pijpproductie; - Plannen van de werkzaamheden en zorgen dat het werk op tijd wordt uitgevoerd; - Controleren van de kwaliteit, maten en het eindproduct; - Meewerken aan het maken en lassen van stalen pijpconstructies vanaf technische tekeningen; - Controleren of de juiste materialen, gereedschappen en machines worden gebruikt; - Zorgen dat iedereen veilig werkt en de werkplek netjes en veilig blijft; - Oplossen van problemen, bespreken van afwijkingen met de productiemanager en meedenken over verbeteringen. Requirements - Je leest technische tekeningen, ontwerpen en andere technische documenten en vertaalt deze nauwkeurig naar de werkzaamheden; - Met jouw technische inzicht en rekenvaardigheid werk je nauwkeurig en voer je verschillende laswerkzaamheden uit; - Je bedient en stelt machines, robots en instrumenten in en zorgt voor het veilig verplaatsen van lasten; - Door goed samen te werken met onder andere kwaliteit, werkvoorbereiding, engineering en inkoop zorg je voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden; - Met jouw communicatieve, plannings- en leidinggevende vaardigheden stuur en begeleid je anderen en communiceer je goed in zowel het Nederlands als Engels.
