Als Meewerkend Voorman Productie in Maasbommel werk je mee aan houtskeletbouw-woningen en houd je overzicht op de werkvloer. Over het bedrijfJe gaat aan de slag bij een groeiend bedrijf in Maasbommel dat complete houtskeletbouw-woningen produceert en bouwt. Samen met collega's werk je aan woningen die op maat worden gemaakt voor verschillende projecten. Binnen het bedrijf is er veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, slimmer werken en duurzame bouwoplossingen. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samen wordt gewerkt aan een sterk eindresultaat en waar ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen?In deze functie werk je zelf mee in de productie en stuur je tegelijk collega's aan op de werkvloer. Je houdt overzicht, verdeelt het werk en zorgt samen dat de productie goed doorloopt. - Meewerken in de productie, zoals houtbewerking, montage en andere werkplaatswerkzaamheden - Collega's aansturen en ondersteunen bij de dagstart en werkverdeling - De voortgang, planning en kwaliteit op de werkvloer bewaken - Knelpunten op tijd signaleren en helpen oplossen - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde werkplek - Voorraad controleren en tekorten op tijd doorgeven - Nieuwe collega's inwerken en begeleiden in de werkzaamheden - Werken met een heftruck en bovenloopkraan of dit in de praktijk leren
