The posting

Als voorman productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team in onze assemblagehal. Je werkt fulltime, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met mogelijkheden voor verdere ontwikkeling en trainingen binnen het bedrijf. Dit is een vaste functie waarin je jouw technische kennis kunt combineren met leiderschap.

Je begint je werkdag met een teamoverleg waarin je de dagplanning bespreekt en prioriteiten stelt. Vervolgens houd je toezicht op de productielijn, los je eventuele technische problemen op en ondersteun je je team waar nodig. Halverwege de dag zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteitscontroles worden uitgevoerd en aan het eind van de dag evalueer je de voortgang met je team. Op dagelijkse basis houdt jij je bezig met het aansturen van het team, het afstemmen van de inkoop en voorraad, je voert evaluatie gesprekken en maar de weekplanning.
