Wat ga je doen?

Als Voorman Productie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een team van vijf productiemedewerkers. Aan het begin van de dienst verdeel je de werkzaamheden en gedurende de dag houd je overzicht over de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Dit is nadrukkelijk een meewerkende functie. Naast het aansturen van je collega's sta je zelf op de productievloer en help je mee waar dat nodig is.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aansturen en begeleiden van vijf productiemedewerkers; - Verdelen van de werkzaamheden en bewaken van de dagelijkse planning; - Actief meewerken binnen het productieproces; - Toezien op veilig werken en het naleven van procedures; - Signaleren en waar mogelijk oplossen van kleine verstoringen in het productieproces; - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en deze bespreken met de manager; - Zorgen voor een nette, georganiseerde en veilige werkplek.

Je werkt structureel in de middagdienst van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur. Hierdoor weet je vooraf precies waar je aan toe bent en werk je niet in wisselende diensten.

Wat vragen wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die ervaring heeft binnen een productieomgeving en toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Daarnaast:

- Heb je ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; - Kun je goed overzicht houden en werkzaamheden verdelen; - Communiceer je duidelijk en kun je collega's begeleiden en motiveren; - Beheers je de Engelse taal; - Is een geldig VCA-certificaat een pré, of ben je bereid dit te behalen; - Is een heftruckcertificaat een pré, of ben je bereid dit te behalen

Ervaring als voorman of teamleider is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk wanneer je vanuit een productiefunctie klaar bent voor een volgende stap.
