Montfoort Voorman Projectlocaties Daiwa House Modular Europe - Jan Snel Daiwa House Modular Europe - Jan Snel is op zoek naar een Voorman Projectlocaties! - Fulltime Wat ga je doen? - Als Voorman of Voorvrouw Projectlocaties speel je een cruciale rol op onze projectlocaties. - Je vormt de essentiële schakel tussen Projectmanagement en de bouwlocaties. - Je zorgt voor een naadloze communicatie en coördinatie van de projectdoelstellingen en de -coördinatie. Daardoor ben je onmisbaar in het succes van onze projecten. - Op onze bouwplaatsen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van het werk en het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de bouwplaats. - Je bent ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team, het Projectmanagementteam en eventuele onderaannemer. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een MBO niveau 4 bouw opleiding afgerond; - Je hebt relevante werkervaring als bijvoorbeeld Meewerkend Voorman in de woningbouw; - Je kunt productietekeningen interpreteren en materiaal-hoeveelheden uitrekenen; - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team en kan goed communiceren, zowel intern als extern; - Je bent in al het bezit van je VCA Vol, of bent bereid deze op korte termijn bij ons te halen; - Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om onder druk te presteren; - Je hebt een flexibele instelling en houding. Je komt te werken in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en je uitdagingen moet willen aangaan. Wat bieden wij? Als medewerker terrein kan je rekenen op: - Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaringsniveau een salaris tussen de €3200-€4500 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime (40 uur) - 25 vakantiedagen + 6 ADV; - Reiskostenvergoeding a € 0,23 per km. Transport naar projectlocaties wordt met bedrijfswagens verzorgt waarbij er altijd wordt gekeken wat...
