Als Voorman Service & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds-, reparatie- en renovatiewerkzaamheden goed verlopen en bewaakt daarbij planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je begeleidt vakmensen en bouwpartners, onderhoudt contact met bewoners en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is. Dankzij jouw technische kennis weet je situaties op locatie goed te beoordelen en kun je snel tot praktische oplossingen komen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren of de werkzaamheden buiten volgens planning verlopen. - Aansturen en begeleiden van vakmensen en bouwpartners op locatie. - Verdelen en coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen het team. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk. - Toezien op een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. - Beoordelen van technische situaties en signaleren van knelpunten. - Aandragen en uitvoeren van praktische oplossingen. - Onderhouden van contact met bewoners tijdens werkzaamheden. - Afstemmen met collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. - Zelf meewerken aan timmer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden wanneer dit nodig is. - Zorgen voor een nette en professionele uitvoering. - Bewaken van klant- en bewonerstevredenheid. - Collega's aanspreken op afspraken en werkwijze en hen waar nodig begeleiden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt ruime praktijkervaring binnen de bouw. - Je beschikt over goede technische en bouwkundige kennis. - Je kunt zelfstandig technische situaties op locatie beoordelen. - Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden en aansturen van collega's en bouwpartners. - Ervaring binnen service en onderhoud, renovatie of mutatieonderhoud is een pré. - Je bent praktisch inges...
