Wat vragen we van jou - Je hebt kennis van bouwprocessen en materiaalkosten. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt helder rapporteren. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met sloop-, betonboor- en zaagwerkzaamheden. - Je bent vaardig in het werken met Microsoft Office. - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B (E is een pré). - Je beschikt over een geldig VCA- en BHV-certificaat, of bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen. - Je hebt een flexibele en proactieve werkhouding. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen op de werkvloer. - Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega's weet te motiveren, aan te sturen en het overzicht bewaart, ook onder tijdsdruk.
