Voor een ervaren sloopbedrijf in Scheemda zoeken wij een Voorman Sloop. Je werkt mee aan verschillende sloop- en demontageprojecten in Noord-Nederland en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de werkvloer. Van renovatiesloop tot het demonteren van complete constructies: jij houdt overzicht, werkt zelf actief mee en zorgt dat alles veilig en netjes verloopt. Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat werkt met modern materieel, waaronder slooprobots en elektrische machines, om het werk slimmer en minder fysiek belastend te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

- Aansturen van collega's tijdens sloop- en demontageprojecten;

- Zelf actief meewerken bij verschillende sloopwerkzaamheden;

- Werken met handgereedschap en moderne sloopmachines;

- Herkennen van gevaarlijke situaties en stoffen;

- Bewaken van de veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op het project;

- Sorteren van sloopmaterialen voor hergebruik en recycling;

- Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.

- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de sloop;

- Je hebt constructief inzicht en kunt sloopwerkzaamheden veilig beoordelen;

- Je kunt collega's aansturen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het werk;

- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B, rijbewijs BE is een pré;

- Je woont binnen een straal van 35 kilometer van Scheemda;

- Je bent bereid aanvullende cursussen of opleidingen te volgen;

- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent collegiaal en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen.
