Wat ga je doen als voorman staalbouw? In deze functie ben jij het gezicht op de bouwplaats. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van gedreven monteurs en lassers en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Jouw takenpakket is breed en afwisselend: - Begeleiden en motiveren van het montageteam op locatie. - Bewaken van de strakke planning en de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. - Toezien op een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf en je collega's. - Schakelen met klanten en opdrachtgevers op de projectlocatie. - Organiseren van de benodigde materialen en middelen voor de klus. - Actief meebouwen aan trappen, balustrades en complexe constructies. Je houdt de regie in handen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of onvoorziene situaties op locatie.
