Bij Albert Keijzer draait alles om professioneel en hoogwaardig tank-, bulk- en containertransport. De basis van onze kwaliteit vormt de tankreiniging. Ter versterking van ons team in Zaandam zoeken wij een daadkrachtige en betrokken Voorman Tankreiniger (m/v) - Zaandam Als voorman tankreiniger bij Albert Keijzer draag je samen met het tankreinigingsteam zorg dat alle tank- en silo-opleggers volgens ons kwaliteitssysteem worden gereinigd. Er wordt gewerkt met een geavanceerd reinigingssysteem waarbij er continu contact is met de afdeling planning. Je draagt zorg voor de aansturing van twee teams die in ploegen werken. Via dit systeem lopen ook alle interne lijnen met het management, de administratie en overige afdelingen. Als voorman ben jij de schakel tussen de afdeling transportplanning en je eigen teams. Je werkt samen met je teams in de tankreiniging maar beheerst ook voldoende kwaliteiten om de teams aan te sturen. Het beheer over de installatie is onderdeel van je takenpakket. Jouw bijdrage is essentieel voor de kwaliteit waar Albert Keijzer voor staat. Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt ervoor dat de opleggers volgens de richtlijnen worden gereinigd; - Je stemt af met de afdeling transportplanning; - Je maakt een planning voor de bezetting van je eigen team; - Je creëert overzicht en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Je beheert de installaties en stemt zaken af met de technisch bedrijfsleider; - Je zorgt voor uitvoering van noodplannen indien nodig; Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles schoon het terrein verlaat.
