Wij zoeken een ervaren Meewerkend Voorman Technische Dienst voor van der Valk hotel Hoorn. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat en veiligheid van het hele hotel. Je werkt in een klein technisch team aan en werk je actief mee aan het onderhoud en rapporteert aan de Facilitair Manager. - Technische zaken begeleiden en nauwkeurig monitoren. - Onderhoudsplannen opstellen en preventieve controles uitvoeren. - Het operationeel aansturen en begeleiden van een (klein) technisch team. - Dagelijks onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren en coördineren. - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, Arbo- en milieuregels. - Actief contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe monteurs. - Meedenken over energiebesparing, duurzaamheid en efficiënte processen. Dit Breng Jij Mee - Je combineert technische kennis met een sterk organiserend vermogen. - Je communiceert helder en blijft rustig, ook als het druk is. - Je beschikt over een afgeronde MTS elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met gebouwbeheer, installaties en technisch onderhoud. - Je schakelt flexibel mee met de praktijk en denkt in slimme, haalbare oplossingen.
