Dan maken we graag kennis met je Voor onze afdeling Utility zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Voorman Technische Dienst. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het technische team en zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden efficiënt en veilig worden uitgevoerd. - Wat ga je doen? De Voorman Technische Dienst is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de Technische Dienst en de uitvoeringvan onderhouds-, storings- en ondersteunende werkzaamheden. De functie draagt zorg voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers, een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden en een tijdige afhandeling van storingen en meldingen. De Voorman Technische Dienst werkt binnen de kaders, prioriteiten en doelstellingen die door de Facilitair Manager worden vastgesteld en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers van de Technische Dienst bij dagelijkse operationele vraagstukken. - Waar ga je werken? Utility zorgt ervoor dat de vakmensen bij Heesen Yachts alle faciliteiten hebben om efficiënt te werken en kwaliteit te leveren. Goed werkend gereedschap draagt bij aan de onvoorwaardelijke kwaliteit van onze jachten. Continuïteit is essentieel om onze jachten op tijd en binnen budget te kunnen opleveren.
