Lees dan zeker verder! Wij zijn opzoek naar een Voorman Timmerman in Harderwijk. Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3.400 - 4.000. Het team waar je in terecht komt bestaat inmiddels uit ruim veertig collega’s: meer dan de helft daarvan zit op de servicebus en de rest van de collega’s werkt bij ons als uitvoerder, in de planning of op de servicedesk. Naast de ervaren collega’s vinden zij het ook erg belangrijk om leerlingen op te leiden. Als Voorman Timmerman / Timmervrouw werk je aan projecten in de omgeving van Harderwijk. ’s Morgens drinken ze graag met elkaar een bak koffie in de werkplaats, voordat je op pad gaan naar de klant. Ze hebben een hecht team met fijne collega’s en regelmatig worden er dan ook gezellige teamuitjes georganiseerd. Collegialiteit vinden zij belangrijk en door samen te werken kom je tot het beste resultaat voor de klant. Wat ga je doen? - Afwisselende werkzaamheden: van mutatieonderhoud tot het verbouwen van een pand of het creëren van een kleinschalige (aan)bouw. Geen dag is hetzelfde - Samen met de uitvoerder en projectleider ervoor zorgen dat projecten veilig, volgens plan en volgens budget uitgevoerd worden. Hierbij ben jij de ogen en de oren op de werkvloer - Denken in mogelijkheden en oplossingen met de creativiteit die daarbij komt kijken - Af en toe ook een stopkraantje (knelkoppeling) plaatsen of bijvoorbeeld een keuken (schakelmateriaal) afmonteren. Jij bent echt allround!
