Als voorman nieuwbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je stuurt een team van vakmensen aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en coachen van het bouwteam op de werkvloer; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Organiseren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en materiaalvoorziening; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en arboregels.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf investeert in de groei van zijn medewerkers door middel van opleidingen en cursussen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een functie als uitvoerder of projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere projecten en de commerciële kant van het vak leert kennen. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen of specifieke bouwtechnieken.
