Heb jij ervaring als draaier en beschik je over leidinggevende kwaliteiten? Wij zijn op zoek naar een Voorman Verspaning die het team van acht collega’s aanstuurt én zelf meewerkt als dat nodig is. Als Voorman Draaierij heb jij een veelzijdige rol waarbij je de dagelijkse productie coördineert en tegelijkertijd zelf inzetbaar bent als vliegende kiep op de werkvloer. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van 8 FTE in onze CNC-afdeling ;

- Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van een efficiënte productie;

- Toezien op de juiste instelling en bediening van diverse draaimachines;

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op geproduceerde onderdelen;

- Samenwerken met de productiemanager om de productieplanning en deadlines te behalen;

- Bijdragen aan een veilige en nette werkomgeving;

- Oplossen van technische problemen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Ben jij de ervaren professional die wij zoeken? Om succesvol te zijn als Voorman Verspaning beschik je over:

- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting;

- Aantoonbare ervaring als draaier en in een leidinggevende functie binnen de metaalbewerking;

- Kennis van diverse CNC-draaimachines en de bijbehorende technologieën;

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding;

- Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid;

- Teamspirit en oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
