Als voorman/voorvrouw schoonmaak ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het team. Je coacht en begeleidt collega's, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt voor een schone, veilige en gastvrije omgeving op de luchthaven. Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je tussen maandag en zondag flexibel beschikbaar bent voor de ochtenddienst van 06.00 - 14.30 uur . Dit ga je doen Als voorman/voorvrouw schoonmaak op Schiphol bij Vebego Airport Services zorg jij ervoor dat jouw team elke dag topprestaties levert. Je begeleidt en motiveert collega's, helpt waar nodig en zorgt dat zij hun werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen kunnen uitvoeren. Samen met de teamleider bewaak je de facilitaire afspraken met de klant en zorg je dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je maakt een strakke planning voor roosters en vakanties, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. In jouw voorbeeldrol laat je zien hoe het moet: duidelijk, professioneel en met oog voor samenwerking. Zo zorg je samen met je team voor een schone, gastvrije en goed georganiseerde terminal. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen terminal, hebt veel contact met passagiers en legt dagelijks flinke afstanden af. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles soepel blijft lopen.
