Met een team van gespecialiseerde professionals bouwen, onderhouden en optimaliseren wij hoogspanningsinstallaties door heel Nederland. Veiligheid, vakmanschap en betrouwbaarheid staan daarbij centraal. Samen dragen we bij aan een stabiel en duurzaam elektriciteitsnet. Jouw rol als Meewerkend Voorman/vrouw Hoogspanning Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij de schakel tussen het uitvoerende team en de projectorganisatie. Je stuurt je ploeg aan, bewaakt de voortgang en werkt actief mee aan de montage-, onderhouds- en vernieuwingswerkzaamheden binnen hoogspanningsstations. Ook zonder specifieke hoogspanningskennis ben je welkom, wij zorgen voor de juiste opleidingen. Werk je aan de primaire installaties, dan houd jij je o.a. bezig met: - het aanleggen van constructies - het trekken en aansluiten van bekabeling - het installeren van schakelaars en station componenten - het coördineren van hijswerkzaamheden op locatie Richt je je liever op besturings- en beveiligingssystemen (secundair), dan bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - het aansluiten, vernieuwen en repareren van panelen - het testen en in bedrijf stellen van systemen - het waarborgen van optimale werking en veiligheid van alle secundaire componenten Wat verwachten we van jou? - Mbo-werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in een technische functie, bij voorkeur met aansturing van uitvoerend personeel - Bereidheid om vakgerichte cursussen te volgen (hoogspanningskennis is geen vereiste) - In bezit van VCA of bereid dit te behalen - Positieve instelling, voorbeeldgedrag en het vermogen om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken Wat bieden wij jou? - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en gerichte opleidingen om jouw carrière verder vorm te geven - Salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000, aangevuld met een winstuitkering - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen - Bedrijfswagen, laptop en telefoon van de zaak -...
