Naast medewerkers aansturen en begeleiden staat ontwikkeling van de medewerkers centraal. De voorman/vrouw ondersteunt de teamleider en assistent. Wat je gaat doen - Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de afdeling. - Je draagt mede zorg voor goede voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden, zodat materialen en hulpmiddelen tijdig klaarliggen. - Je plant en verdeelt het werk, rekening houdend met capaciteiten en competenties van de medewerkers. - Je motiveert en stimuleert medewerkers, vanuit een positieve benadering. - Je voelt aan hoe een medewerker in zijn vel zit en past hier, indien nodig, de begeleiding op aan. - Je ondersteunt de teamleider in de uitvoering van de Werkstap methodiek die we toepassen op de werkvloer bij Ontplooj. - Je richt de processen zo in dat de opdrachten optimaal en veilig verricht kunnen worden. - Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor administratieve handelingen in het digitale personeelsdossier.
