Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat onze schoonmaakteams hun werk goed en met plezier kunnen doen. Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit bij verschillende kantoren in Bleiswijk, voert DKS-controles uit en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed worden ingewerkt. Je staat midden in het team en bent de verbindende schakel tussen onze schoonmakers, de klant en Beercoo. Met jouw betrokkenheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en positieve instelling zorg je er iedere dag voor dat onze klanten tevreden zijn en de kwaliteit hoog blijft. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze schoonmaakteams op locatie - Je controleert de kwaliteit van het schoonmaakwerk en voert DKS-controles uit - Je begeleidt en werkt nieuwe collega's in - Je houdt contact met de klant en signaleert eventuele bijzonderheden - Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en het team goed kan werken - Je draagt bij aan een fijne en professionele werksfeer Werkdagen- en tijden - Maandag t/m vrijdag - 06:00 tot 13:00 uur, inclusief een halfuur pauze - 38 uur per week Anouk Hordijk Recruiter [email protected] Waarom werken bijBeercoo ?
